By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Art Materials Notice and the following terms. You understand that participation involves oil paints, Liquin medium, odorless paint thinner, and related materials that may cause allergic reactions, irritation, or other adverse effects. You voluntarily accept the risks associated with using or being exposed to these materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, you release Mansion of Art and its participating artists and staff from liability, and waive your right to bring claims against them, for injuries or adverse reactions arising from these materials, including claims based on ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be waived.
Your purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms. All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
Each participant must personally review and accept these terms before participating.
