Radka Salcmannova is a creative artist, set designer and an art director. She has been remarked for her daredevil approach on pushing the boundaries of contemporary art and visual design, her works spanning the realms of art, film, fashion, and commercial endeavors, with a primary focus on experimental installations, commercial videos, fashion films, and photoshoots. Over the past eight years, she has been deeply involved in a multitude of significant events and projects across the realms of fashion, music, art, and entertainment. With a diverse range of experiences, including directing runway shows at NYFW and LAFW, contributing to projects at MILK Studio, receiving a nomination from VOGUE Magazine, and art directing for DIOR, among others, Radka's portfolio encompasses a rich tapestry of achievements.

Radka Salcmannova possesses an innate intuition, allowing her to foresee the trajectory of a project before its potential is fully recognized by conscious awareness. She graduated from the Academy of Art Architecture and Design in Prague (2009). In 2012 she moved to New York for a stint at the School of Visual Arts and in 2016 she set up there her own studio, RS Visual Thing, focused on art, sculpture object and experimental installations. With an artistic background that enriched her creative mind, Radka Salcmannova's unique aesthetic has captured the attention of creatives and key artists within the industry. Her journey includes working in the studio of artist Matthew Barney. As an artist in her own right, she produces sculptures, drawings, and experimental films in her studio while her work graces galleries and art fairs worldwide.
As an artist, Radka Salcmannova has worked for renowned figures in the industry, including Matthew Barney and Icelandic artist Hrafnhildur Arnardóttir, who was represented at the Venice Biennale. This diverse artistic background has enriched her creative mind and contributed to her unique aesthetic, drawing attention from numerous magazines, creatives, and key artists within the industry. Her passion lies in finding innovative ways to express fashion and art, setting beauty trends, and fearlessly crafting memorable images for a wide audience, regardless of circumstances or budget.
In her role as a Creative Director, Radka has been instrumental in developing concepts for moving image and photoshoot projects, constructing sets, and producing scenery for various fashion and film endeavors, including the 2017 Dior Homme Sport campaign. As an Art Director, she has collaborated with a plethora of fashion photographers based in New York, such as Marian Sell (Schon Magazine), Diederick Comte (Art Play Magazine), Nina Hawkins (Creem Magazine), Lloyd Galbraith (Volition Magazine), and Pavel Havlicek (Harpers Bazaar).
