"My artist process is a form of self meditation. I usually make some tea and stare at a blank canvas and look through my sketchbook while I’m listening to music. I usually start by painting a background, that’s probably the most crucial part of a lot of my work. For mediums I like using oil pastels and acrylic based paint mostly, but as of late I’ve been practicing using oil paints and in the future I want to get into making larger scale works using all oils."
